Terms of Service for BOCH Fumigation and Cleaning

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between BOCH Fumigation and Cleaning ("BOCH," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the client ("Client," "you," or "your"), governing your use of our services and website.

By booking or using any service provided by BOCH, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Scope of Services

    BOCH provides professional Deep Cleaning and Certified Fumigation & Pest Control services in Uganda, and the surrounding areas.

    1. Cleaning Services

      We agree to perform the cleaning services as detailed in your specific service quotation.

        Access: The client must ensure that BOCH personnel have safe, unhindered access to the property and necessary utilities (water and electricity) for the duration of the service.

        Breakages/Damages: While we exercise extreme care, the Client must secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the service. BOCH is not liable for damages resulting from normal wear and tear or items not explicitly secured.

    2. Fumigation & Pest Control Services

      We agree to perform pest control using methods and chemicals compliant with Ugandan law and industry best practice.

        Preparation: The Client must follow all pre-treatment instructions (e.g., removing food items, emptying cabinets, leaving the premises) provided by BOCH. Failure to comply may compromise the effectiveness of the treatment and void any guarantee.

        Re-entry: The Client must not re-enter the premises until the time specified by the BOCH technician for safety clearance.

        Guarantees: BOCH provides specific guarantees (e.g., 30-day pest-free) only for full, recommended treatment plans, as clearly stated on your quote. Guarantees are void if the Client interferes with the treatment area or fails to address underlying structural issues (e.g., leaky pipes, structural damage, open entry points).

  2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

    1. Quotations

      All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client during the initial consultation (in-person or virtual/phone).

      • Adjustments:BOCH reserves the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition, size, or scope of the property significantly differs from the original description (e.g., heavier infestation, excessive grime, or larger square footage). Any price adjustment will be communicated to the Client before work commences.

    2. Payment Terms

      • Deposit: For large or specialized jobs (e.g., post-construction clean, full house fumigation), a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
      • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon the satisfactory completion of the service. We accept cash, mobile money transfers, or bank transfers.
      • Late Payment: BOCH reserves the right to charge interest or administrative fees on overdue balances.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must notify BOCH at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the quoted service price to cover scheduling and mobilization costs.
    • BOCH Cancellation: In the event BOCH must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff illness), we will notify you immediately and aim to find the next available slot at no additional charge.

  4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

    1. Limitation of Liability

      BOCH will make every reasonable effort to provide services diligently and professionally. However, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. BOCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    2. Client Indemnification

      You agree to indemnify and hold BOCH harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to failing to adhere to fumigation safety protocols.

    3. Governing Law

      These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Land. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Country
